About Sonia
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I have extensive experience supporting children and families affected by trauma, domestic violence, and immigration issues.
I consider myself bicultural and bilingual, having several years of experience working with the Latino community in Minnesota and other Latin American countries.
In therapy, I utilize a holistic, strengths-based approach, incorporating mind, body, and soul care. I work with clients on a variety of issues and am trained in TF-CBT, Early Childhood Development, Prepare and Enrich pre-marital counseling, and play therapy.
I am fluent in Spanish.
