About Amy
Life can be hard, and sometimes you need someone to walk alongside you to help make sense of things. I am passionate about providing clients with a safe, supportive environment where they can navigate life’s struggles and move toward living their most authentic and fulfilling lives.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, so I work gently, collaboratively, and always at your pace.
I specialize in working with families, couples, and adults to address depression, anxiety, grief, familial conflict, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and other major life stressors.
I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University.
Note: Amy operates independently and is not employed by the Authentic Roots group.
