About Pamela
Thank you for stopping by. If you’re here, you may be beginning your journey of healing or self-discovery. I believe strongly in the importance of a good therapeutic fit, and I show up authentically and empathetically for the people I work with. Your feelings, perspectives, and lived experiences matter you can expect me to listen deeply and honor them.
You don’t have to walk through life’s ups, downs, and transitions alone. Together, we will explore with curiosity and creativity using a multi-faceted approach tailored specifically to you.
I am especially passionate about the healing power of art in therapy. Not artistic? That’s completely okay — art therapy requires no formal art background, only a willingness to explore. Creating art can help express what words cannot, release stuck emotions, and illuminate parts of the self that are waiting to be seen. We can engage in talk therapy alone, or integrate art therapy depending on what feels right for you.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Adlerian Psychotherapy and Counseling with an emphasis in Art Therapy and Marriage Couples & Family Therapy. Before pursuing mental health, I worked as an RN in surgery and healthcare management. I completed my BSN in Nursing and BFA in Technical Theatre Production at the University of Arizona.
​Art therapy allows me to merge my empathy, my artistic background, and my medical knowledge to help clients explore healing through mind, body, and spirit working together.
