About Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer!
You may have found yourself in a place you never expected—through diagnosis, divorce, loss, trauma, or a life change that shifted how you see yourself and the world. Maybe you are unsure who you are now or where you go next. Or perhaps things look fine on the outside, while something inside feels quietly off.

My approach is depth-oriented, exploring the many layers of your experience—including thoughts, emotions, how your body responds, relationships, and the deeper patterns that shape how you move through life. We'll use talk therapy alongside expressive arts, active imagination, humor, and experiential practices as needed to transform insight into lasting change.

My background as a designer shapes how I approach therapy. I naturally notice patterns, connections, and possibilities for transformation. My life as a wife, mother, creative, and cancer survivor has deepened my understanding of change, resilience, and rebuilding. Together, we'll make sense of what once felt fragmented and explore what remains, what no longer fits, and what is ready to be transformed.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me crafting, dancing to reggaeton music, reading psychology and mythology, tending my native plants, and attempting (with limited success) to convince my family we need ducks.
Note: Jennifer operates independently and is not employed by the Authentic Roots group.
