About Kade
“Human beings are inherently endowed with the power to bring out the best possible results from the worst possible circumstances.”
— Dr. Daisaku Ikeda
Hi, I’m Kade!
I’m so glad you are here. I believe everyone has their own unique path and purpose in life, and I’m here to support you along the way. Our well-being is shaped by our relationships with ourselves and others, our environments, and the larger social systems around us — and I consider all of these elements in therapy.nces have shaped you. By examining these angles, we gain a deeper understanding of what makes you, you.
My approach honors diverse cultural perspectives, acknowledges systemic oppression, and challenges traditional frameworks that may not serve everyone. I provide trans and queer-affirming care from an intersectional lens where all your identities are valued and respected.
As a practicum intern, I bring fresh perspectives, curiosity, and a willingness to think outside the box. My style is collaborative and compassionate focusing on tapping into your existing strengths while offering new insights, tools, and a supportive environment for growth. Because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, I tailor the process to your unique needs and goals.
I’m especially passionate about supporting adults healing from childhood trauma, as well as couples, families, and individuals navigating life transitions. I integrate Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic practices to help clients connect with the body’s wisdom as a pathway to healing.
Note: Kade operates independently and is not employed by the Authentic Roots group.
