Troy Bennett, BS

MA Candidate & Clinical Trainee Therapist

Greetings, I'm Troy Bennett, a dedicated clinical trainee therapist committed to supporting you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. Inspired by my own path of self- exploration, I've embarked on this transformative career to guide others through their emotional landscapes.

Change is born from embracing our present emotional experiences and working through them with intention. I believe we can unlock profound personal growth and transformation by acknowledging and navigating these emotions.

I practice a blend of emotion-focused therapy and trauma informed care. This approach provides a safe and nurturing space where we can delve into your emotions and experiences, paving the way for deep healing and meaningful change.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at St. Thomas University, I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of psychotherapy practices. As a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Minnesota Psychological Association (MPA), I am
committed to upholding the highest standards of care.

In my previous career, I worked in information technology, working with clients from all over the globe to fulfill their business and technological needs and wants. This previous career has given me a great perspective on the daily challenges within the workforce and methods for discovering people's authentic wants and needs.

When I am not in the office, I am usually out in nature, hanging out with friends and family, traveling the globe, playing computer games, or watching anime. I warmly invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation with me.

Together, we will work to unlock your inner strength and lead you towards a more fulfilling life.
