Troy Bennett, BS

MA Candidate & Clinical Trainee

Greetings, I'm Troy and I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. Inspired by my own path of self- exploration, I've embarked on this transformative career to guide others through their emotional landscapes.

I believe that change is born from embracing our present emotional experiences and working through them with intention. This belief allows us to unlock profound personal growth and transformation by acknowledging and navigating these emotions.

I practice a blend of emotion-focused therapy and trauma informed care. This approach provides a safe and nurturing space where we can delve into your emotions and experiences, paving the way for deep healing and meaningful change.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at St. Thomas University, I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of psychotherapy practices. As a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Minnesota Psychological Association (MPA), I am
committed to upholding the highest standards of care.

In my previous career, I worked in information technology, working with clients from all over the globe to fulfill their business and technological needs and wants. This previous career has given me a great perspective on the daily challenges within the workforce and methods for discovering people's authentic wants and needs.

When I am not in the office, I am usually out in nature, hanging out with friends and family, traveling the globe, playing computer games, or watching anime. I warmly invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation with me.

Together, we will work to unlock your inner strength and lead you towards a more fulfilling life.
