Life can be hard and sometimes you need someone to walk alongside of you to help you figure things out.  I am passionate about providing clients with a safe environment that helps them to find a way through the struggles of life so that they can live their most authentic and fulfilling lives. I understand that taking the step to start therapy can be scary and overwhelming so I work gently and at your pace in a collaborative manner. 

 

I specialize in work with families, couples, and adults to address depression, anxiety, grief, familial conflict, trauma, LGBQT issues, and other life stressors.

 

I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Bethel University.
