About Charlotte
She/Her

Hi, I’m Charlotte!

My goal is to create a safe space for growth, meaningful change, and self-discovery. I use a compassionate, client-centered approach to help navigate life’s challenges.

Everyone has their own story, so no two individuals will have the same journey toward healing and finding their most authentic selves. I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate that process, whether you’re facing relationship issues, life transitions, or personal struggles.

Whatever it may be, I’m here to support you with empathy and insight every step of the way.

I’m working towards my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Adler Graduate School. I enjoy spending time with my partner and children in our Minneapolis neighborhood, and I'm constantly balancing my ambivert self between social interaction and solitude at home.
